Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Health & Safety

Due to the nature of our products — professional nail drill bits, scissors, nippers, and cuticle instruments — we cannot accept returns on items that have been used. This is strictly for health and hygiene reasons.

How to Return

  2. Post the item(s) back to us in their original packaging
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
